Ranked Team

Hello Im Inashi and im new to this forum and im also somewhat new to league but i would like to form a ranked team for two reasons one i can get ranked higher than my friends and two so i can become better than my friend (sidenote: me and my friends are huge rivals so we are always trying to out do each other in everything) but i would kindly accept anyone that will help me reach my goal my ing is Inashi18
